High quality
All products are made from environmentally friendly raw materials and meet the rigorous European quality standards. Our pellets have been exported to EU countries for several years, which confirms the high quality of our products, customer loyalty and our reliability.
Upon Customer’s request, pellets can be inspected at one of the authorized laboratories, such as SGS, CCI, etc. and each single batch can be supplied with a company quality certificate, containing all the main characteristics of the product.
Pellet comparison and their key advantages
Economic efficiency
Combustion of 1 ton of pellets generates an amount of heat equivalent to the combustion of 450-480 m3 of natural gas, 500 liters of gas oil, 600-650 litres of fuel oil M100. The price of 1 kcal of pellets is considerably lower than that of similar fuels.
Storage and transportation
The pellets are securely packaged so that they are protected from moisture, insects and other negative factors. The pellets can be easily placed on a pallet or in a storage place, they do not create waste, in case of spillage or breakage of the package, the pellets can be easily collected using common cleaning equipment (brush, broom, etc.). The pellets have no expiration date, so they do not lose their properties when stored for a long time.
Safety
In comparison with natural gas and other alternative fuels, pellets are non-explosive and therefore not self-igniting.
Process automation
Modern automated boilers support continuous pellet feeding from the hopper to the combustion chamber. It allows to automatically maintain the set temperature of the refrigerant, saving time and energy resources of the consumer when maintaining the boiler.
Impact on the environment and human health
Our pellets are a fully eco-friendly type of biofuel, obtained from natural raw materials, such as sawdust after wood processing. The pellets have a natural scent of the wood used in their production, they contain neither chemicals nor binders, since the “glue” is a natural lignin contained in the wood. Compared to fuel wood, pellets release a minimum amount of CO2 during combustion. Clean ash remains after combustion and it can be used as a fertilizer.
